Want to know whether you should get a Reverse Osmosis System without a pump or with a pump?

Without a Pump – this system is suitable when the pressure coming into your home (either via the municipality or storage system) is greater than 3 bars. Most municipal water pressure in South Africa is below 3 bars, unfortunately. (*if pressure is above 6 bars a pressure reducer valve is needed)

With Pump – this system is perfect whereby feed pressure to the system (from either the municipality or storage system) is less than 3 bars. This will allow the system to use this pressure in the unit. (*if pressure is above 6 bars a pressure reducer valve is needed)
